브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 창원특례시는 2024년 경상남도 지역·산업맞춤형 일자리창출 지원사업 공모에 ‘창원시 취업 플랫폼 내일의 일터찾기 프로젝트’로 선정돼 2억1천2백만원(도비 1억9천만원, 시비 2천2백만원)의 사업비를 확보했다고 26일 밝혔다.
일터찾기 사업은 생산가능인구의 타 지역 유출을 사전 예방하고, 지역 기업들의 인력난 해소와 인력 수급의 불균형 문제를 해소하기 위한 사업이다. 시는 이번 공모사업을 통해 120명을 지원해 70명의 신규 고용 창출을 목표로 하고 있다.
주요 사업내용은 △취업준비 공간제공(창원, 마산, 진해 각 1개소) △맞춤형 취업 컨설팅 △입사시험 대비 교육 △멘토-멘티 교류회 △취업 스트레스 완화 프로그램 운영 등으로, 창원시 거주자 중 18세 이상 69세 이하 미취업자를 대상으로 한다.
